While listening to a podcast named The Darius Foroux Show, I came across a concept called Activity Log.
The concept is pretty simple:
As Darius himself said, you just need to do this for 2 weeks. After the 2 week period, sit down and analyze where you waste most of your time.
Now, how to identify the time-wasting activities?
Simple. Activities that don't make your life better. Like browsing the web casually. Watching TV is another example.
You should be making more time for activities that contribute to your:
- life goals
- relationship goals
- work goals
Anything else is a time-waster.
Make an activity log, identify those time-wasting activities and get rid of them.
