The backseat

The backseat is comfortable.

The backseat means letting go.

The backseat means taking yourself out of the equation.

The backseat is loathed and pitied.

However, there come situations when you can't do anything to make a change. When you must take a step back and let stuff happen on their own.

It's not bad, it's helpful. To both parties. You and whomever the situation might concern.

You don't always have to be in the driver's seat. When the situation calls, shift to the backseat and let things run on autopilot.

It's sometimes the best way to handle situations.

Resist the urge to always be the driver and be a backseat rider sometimes.
