Embrace failure

Failure is not a mark of incompetence. Failure is the proof that you tried.

No one has a 100% strike rate. Everyone fails. Once. Twice. People keep failing.

And you know what's so good about failing?

It teaches you a lesson. It makes you better than you were.

I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.
— Thomas A. Edison

Treat failure with respect not shame. Analyze why and how you failed. Take that lesson with you.

The next time, your strike rate will slightly be better than the previous attempt because you are aware of one more way that doesn't work.

Failure, not success is the best teacher. Keep failing but learning.
