After a week of gruelling work, I took today off to do no work.
I woke up late and just relaxed all day. Oh yeah, watched 3 movies too.
It was a break well deserved. I had been hustling for too long.
And guess what, with this much-needed break, I've restocked my energy levels to attack the tasks that are coming towards me.
Don't feel guilty about slacking off for a day. You need to give your brain and body a break to keep performing at your peak level.
