I have seen this advice make it's way to a lot of "X things to do to be successful" articles on the internet.

You might have too.

Nevertheless, I decided to give it a shot.

Quite to my surprise, it does seem to work.

Making your bed right after you wake up, gives you a feeling of accomplishment. This little feeling goes on to boost your motivation levels to help you cross off your tasks with all your might.
