We do a lot of stuff every day that we might actually don’t want to do.

Some of them would be:

  • Have meaningless meet-ups just for the sake of being polite
  • Drinking just to accompany someone else

And more.

We’re humans. We’ve emotions and we don’t want to hurt other’s emotions. That’s why we often fall into the trap of saying yes to someone’s proposal when we actually want to say no.

The first step to finding out what you really want in life is to eliminate everything that you don’t want. Reduce clutter.

After you’ve done that, you’ll be left with everything that you really want to do.

Do the process of elimination. It’ll be helpful.

When you get rid of everything that you don’t want, you’re only left with things that you really want.
