You are your resistance

Feeling tired to clean up your room?

Sceptical to try out that new idea that you were excited about last week?

Depressed that you don't have any creative juice left to do anything meaningful?

Well, the good news is all these aren't real. They're just a figment of your imagination.

You're not feeling tired, you're just feeling lazy. You're just afraid that your idea might not work as you expect it to work.

The brain can sometimes be a lazy asshole. It conjures up 153 reasons as to why you shouldn't do something.

These barriers are purely mental. They have no power whatsoever to actually stop you from doing something.

Stop listening to these tantrums of your dear brain and start doing what you want to do.

There'll always be resistance. My brain gave me 8 reasons not to write an article today but I went ahead and wrote one anyway.

As Nike says, "Just do it".

The biggest obstacle to doing something is nothing but your mind. Overcome that and nothing can stop you.
