Stop holding on to grudges

A grudge is one of the worst things that you can hold on to.

It is a poisonous seed that keeps on growing until it's large enough to wrap you up and suffocate you.

I remember the last time I had a fight with my special someone. One of her words hit me hard and the next thing I know, I started maintaining distance.

Thankfully, soon enough, I realized that the longer I keep this negative feeling within me, the more it's going to eat me up. Ultimately, it might mean me moving away from my loved one.

What did I do?

I just let it go. I flushed out that one negative thought with the help of a truckload of fantastic memories that I have had with her till now.

Believe me, it was worth it. My love for her is greater than a petty thought that made me wanna move away from her.

Added bonus?

This whole situation and letting go of that parasitic feeling made us even closer. I'm happy that I behaved like a man and not a high-school boy.

Just try it out yourself. Whatever the grudge that you are holding on to right now, let them go. These thoughts don't deserve to live with you.

You will feel a lot better. Trust me.

You are a better person and a wiser one. Act accordingly.

Grudges, if not nipped in the bud, will grow to a vine of negativity and suffocate the hell out of you.

Life is a science lab

Just be yourself
