The Law of Conservation of Energy

You must have read about this cool law in your school physics. It's very basic but quite useful.

According to The Law of Conservation of Energy:

“Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed from one form to another.”

So, what does this has to do with your life?

Simple. Think about all of the choices you make in your daily life.

Whenever you're saying yes to something, you're automatically saying no to something else, and vice-versa.

For example, when you're saying yes to working overtime at the office you're saying no to some quality time with your family.

Also, whenever you're saying no to junk food you're automatically saying yes to a good health.

Similarly, saying yes to the TV means saying no to working hard to make your dreams come true.

Your choices aren't atomic. One choice affects more than a single area of your life.

Think carefully before making any choices in your life.

Your choices make you who you are. Choose wisely.
