The smaller, the better

Small things are easy to manage.

Imagine yourself living in a bungalow, all by yourself. Would it be easy for you to maintain?

No. It would be a mess and on top of that, hugely time-consuming.

The same goes for your day to day goals. The smaller are your goals, the easier they're to check off the list.

No, I'm not talking about aiming lower. I'm talking about breaking your one big goal into smaller parts and complete them one goal at a time.

It's what we software developers call the Divide and Conquer approach.

Smaller goals are always relatively easy to achieve and also keep your confidence level boosted as you keep checking items off your list.

Try it, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Break down your goals into tiny baby goals and make them actually happen.
